The villa is located in a quiet residential area of Jávea - providing both privacy and a sense of being in your own place. It is just a few minutes drive from the beach and promenade restaurants at the playa and from the old town centre near the port and marina. Located set back from the road, up a private driveway. With its mature borders and grounds, including citrus fruit trees, you will be secluded and not overlooked. The villa is on one level (but there are steps to gain access to the house).
